MEMBERS POINTS

In order to promote active participation in club events, MSA members earn points for attending our weekly meeting, Khutbahs and attending/volunteering at MSA events. A sign in sheet will be provided for each meeting and event to track members points. The point system is also there to help us keep track of participation so we can determine the Member of the Month, Member of the Year, MSA Graduation Cord recipients and the Brother Baron Scholarship recipient.

Point System: 

• MSA Meetings and/or Khutbahs (1 pt each)

• MSA Events and/or HSMSA Events (2 pts)

• Wearing Club Attire to Events and/or Fundraisers (3 pts each) 

• Food and/or Supplies to MSA Events (4 pts each)

• MSA Fundraisers (5 pts)

• Volunteering at MSA Fundraisers Events (5 pts/hour)

• Khutbah and/or Khatirah (5 pts)

• Member of the Month Award

• Member of the Year Award

• MSA Graduation Cord Recipient

• Brother Baron Scholarship Recipient

• Give Back to the Community!

• Bond with other MSA Members!

Awards Eligibility:

• Great Display of Islamic Character (applies to all awards below)

• Member of the Quarter: highest amount of points for each month (points don't carry on to the next month)

• Member of the Year: highest amount of points for the year (based on the total amount of points received throughout the four quarters)

• MSA Graduation Cord: earned by a graduating MSA Senior (must earn 25 pts during Senior Year)
